OVERVIEW
As a lead designer for an educational community,
I developed a cohesive visual system to boost unity
and visibility. Starting with only a mascot, I surveyed students to address feelings of disconnect and created a flexible, playful identity that celebrates diversity and self-expression—refined through three stages into
the final visual style.

We built a modular avatar system for the community. Students
and volunteers can mix and match shapes, colors, and accessories
to create characters that feel truly their own — all editable right inside a shared Figma file.
